Plaintiff-Appellant Delores Hartman (“Hartman”) and plaintiff-appellant Deborah Rice (“Rice”) appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Great Seneca Financial Corporation1 (“Great Seneca”) and Javitch, Block & Rathbone, LLP (“Javitch”).
