The respondent, who was plaintiff below, brought this action against the appellants to re*554cover the sum of $2,880, alleged to be due as commission for tbe sale of real property belonging to tbe appellants. The trial was bad before a jury and at tbe conclusion of tbe testimony of both sides, upon motion, tbe trial court directed a verdict for tbe respondent in tbe sum of $2,880. From a judgment entered upon the verdict, this appeal has been taken.
