OPINION
O’NEILL, Justice.
DCV, Inc. (“DCV”), appellee, filed suit against Humble National Bank (“the Bank”), appellant, alleging breach of contract, conversion, negligence, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA). Following a jury trial, the trial court entered judgment for DCV based upon the jury’s finding that the Bank breached an express warranty under the DTPA.
