OPINION AND ORDER

SESSIONS, District Judge.

This action stems from the death of Plaintiffs husband at the Lake Champagne Campground, Inc. (the “Campground”) after being struck by a falling tree. Plaintiff brings one count each of negligence and consumer fraud against the Campground and Pierre and Elizabeth La France (the “Lake Champagne Defendants”) and one count each of negligent misrepresentation and consumer fraud against Woodall Publications Corp., Affinity Group, Inc., and Affinity Group Holding, Inc.
