MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CASTILLO, District Judge.
Plaintiff Marshall Spiegel originally brought this action against the City of Chicago, five Chicago police officers and an employee of the city’s Department of Aging, alleging that he was unlawfully arrested and confined in violation of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments. Ruling on the defendants’ motion to dismiss, this Court eliminated all but one count and two defendants.
