Defendant E.F. Hutton & Company, Inc. (“Hutton”) moves for an involuntary dismissal of plaintiffs complaint, with prejudice. Hutton further requests an award of $7325 in attorney’s fees and $70 in costs. For the reasons stated below, defendant’s motion will be granted in all respects.
BACKGROUND
