MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING COURT’S SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION

In its decision dated March 3, 1994, the Court granted the Debtor’s motion to appoint an examiner in this Chapter 11 case. Keene Corp. v. Coleman (In re Keene Corp.), 164 B.R. 844 (Bankr.S.D.N.Y.1994). On March 11, 1994, the Court entered its order (the “Examiner Order”) directing the United States Trustee to appoint an examiner.
