Chief Justice CASTILLE.

Appellant Donnetta Hill appeals from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, dismissing the guilt-phase claims in her petition brought under the Post *413Conviction Relief Act (“PCRA”), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546.1 For the reasons that follow, we affirm, but on different grounds.
