OPINION BY BOWES, J.:

Lynn Presley appeals from the order that dismissed his petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"). We affirm.

This Court offered the following summary of the case history in deciding Appellant's direct appeal.

This matter arises out of Appellant's involvement in two separate criminal cases in Philadelphia County. At CP-51-CR-1113641-1998, *439 Appellant pleaded guilty to robbery, terroristic threats, simple assault, and contempt of court.
