MEMORANDUM OF OPINION

EDWIN L. NELSON, District Judge.

The court has for consideration motions of the defendants to dismiss the indictments in each of these cases, because of alleged irregularities in this district’s method of selecting grand and petit juries. The parties have stipulated to the pertinent- facts and have been allowed an opportunity to present additional evidentiary support for their motions.
