Defendants Anthony Ferrell Holstiek, Mack Cornell Holstiek, Lester James Holstick, Rochester Holstiek, Jr., Curtis Lewis Holstiek, Betty Jean Holstiek, Tahara Kishone Beard, and Jeffrey Leon Jones have been convicted of various criminal offenses, including conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine and cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C.A. §§ 841(a) and 846.
