The appellant, Volos, Ltd., the plaintiff and cross-defendant below (Volos), urges us in this appeal to hold that the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Proctor, J.) erred in entering a judgment for $8,791.45 in favor of the appellee, Frank P.
