According to the contention of the defendants in error, in whose favor the presiding judge found in granting the interlocutory injunction, Minis, acting for himself and his wife, lawfully discharged Mackenzie, who was employed as a gardener and manager, and in connection with his employment was living on the land of Mrs. Minis; but the employee claimed that he could not be discharged, refused to leave the place, with his belongings, and persisted in walking over it and using it as if he had a right to be there. The plaintiffs invoked the aid of the court to prevent his continuing to do so.…
