Defendants-Appellants Kodak Retirement Income Plan (“KRIP” or “the Plan”), the Trustee of the Kodak Retirement Income Plan, and Kodak Retirement Income Plan Committee (“KRIPCO”) appeal from the decision and order entered on August 25, 2008, by Judge David G.
