Plaintiffs, Philip Adam Hamburger, Jr., and Rosa Catherine Moore, bring this suit, as sole heirs of their mother, Catherine Schmidt (widow, by first marriage, of Philip Adam Hamburger, Sr., and deceased wife, by second marriage, of William Andrew Moore, deceased), to establish title, under Act 38 of 1908, to four squares of ground, alleged to have been acquired by Moore as property of the community then existing between him and his last wife.
