The plaintiffs, alleging themselves to bo the heirs of Simeon Gibson, have instituted this action to recover a tract of land from the defendants. Foster disclaimed title. 'Reese filed an answer containing a general denial, and an averment of title in himself. Mary Sargent and others intervened, claiming the land against both plaintiffs and defendants.
