*495{¶1} Appellants John, Jane, and Joy Doe (collectively referred to as "Appellants") appeal a January 19, 2018 Belmont County Common Pleas Court decision which granted summary judgment in favor of Appellees Walter E. Skaggs, Kelly Rine, and St. Clairsville Schools (collectively referred to as "Appellees".) Appellants argue that the trial court erroneously ruled Appellees were entitled to immunity.
