LARSON, Justice.

Appellant appeals from a judgment of the District Court of Sevier County committing her to the State Prison for uttering and passing a fictitious county warrant. The principal questions presented are as to whether she was given a preliminary hearing on the charge, or for the offense of which she was convicted. We state the pertinent facts. Appellant was given a preliminary hearing before a justice of the peace on a complaint in two counts, the first alleging that she did forge the name and endorsement of Robert Hansen on the back of a Sevier County warrant, copy of which…
