The plaintiff in error seeks to reverse his conviction of the crime of stealing certain postage stamps on the 25th day off April, 1894, being the property of the United States, upon which conviction he was sentenced to be imprisoned for the term of two years. The indictment against him was found in the District Court of the United States for the District of' Kentucky, Owensborough Division, in the June' term, 1895, and contained five counts. .
