LATIMER, Justice.

This is a suit to quiet title to four contiguous tracts of land together with a one-fourth interest in certain waters of Birch Creek. The land in dispute is located in Juab County, State of Utah, and is described as follows:

“Beginning at the northeast corner of Section 20, Township 12 South, Eange 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, thence running South 50 rods, thence West 35 rods, thence South 30 rods, thence West 77% rods to the East boundary of the State Highway, thence North 7 degrees 30 minutes West along the East boundary of said highway 80 rods more or less to the…
