Pursuant to his pleas, the appellant was found guilty on 29 September 1992, by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial, of four specifications of sodomy, one specification of adultery, two specifications of indecent acts with a child, and one specification of indecent acts with another, in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uni*554form Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ].
