Defendant appeals from a judgment entered upon the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff for damages sustained by her as a result of a' collision between an automobile in which plaintiff was riding and a truck owned and operated by the Yan Burén county road commission.

The accident occurred at the intersection of what we shall call the "Wildey Cemetery road and the Black River road in Yan Burén county. The Wildey Cemetery road runs in a north and south direction.
