Introduction
Before the Court is defendant Schell & Kampeter, Inc.’s (d/b/a and hereinafter “Dia mond Feeds”) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment -with respect to the relief sought by plaintiff Minnesota Pet-Breeders, Inc. (“Pet-Breeders”). Pet-Breeders has asserted various trademark infringement and unfair competition claims against Diamond Feeds in connection with the production and sale of dog food.
