MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CROWLEY, District Judge.
This cause comes before the Court on defendant’s motion to stay or, alternatively, to transfer pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to the United States District Court for the Central District of California for consolidation with a pending action.
Gold Eagle Company brought this action against Bernard A. Li and other partners 1 d/b/a Eagle One Industries on April 19, 1979. The complaint alleges trademark infringement, unfair competition and false representation. Jurisdiction is asserted under 15 U.S.C. § 1221 and 28 U.S.C. § 1338. Five months…
