EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.
In this action for copyright infringement the defendants move to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Rules 12(b)(2) and (b)(3), Fed.R.Civ.P., for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue; alternatively, they move to transfer the case to the Central District of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C., section 1404(a) or section 1406(a). The plaintiff, a New Jersey corporation with its principal place of business in that state, alleges that it sells copyrighted drawings, called “clip art,” to various organizations, which use them to prepare advertisements…
