Plaintiff commenced this action against all of the defendants named. The defendants Five Counties Ambulance Service, Inc. (Five Counties), and Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center (Long Island Jewish) interposed their respective answers wherein they also cross-claimed against one another.
