MEMORANDUM
ALETA A. TRAUGER, District Judge.
The defendants have filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ State Law Claims (Docket No. 26), to which the plaintiffs have responded (Docket No. 34), and the defendants have replied (Docket No. 40). In addition, the defendants have filed a Motion to Strike Plaintiffs’ Jury Demand (Docket No. 28), to which the plaintiffs have responded (Docket No. 36). For the reasons discussed herein, the defendants’ motion to dismiss will be *326denied and the defendants’ motion to strike will be granted.
