Before the court is a Motion to Remand [doc. 14] filed on June 26, 2015 by plaintiff Louisiana United Business Association Casualty Insurance Company (“LUBA,” “plaintiff’) in response to a Notice of Removal [doc. 1] filed on May 7, 2015 by *856defendant Pride Industries (“Pride”).
