The appeal is before this court without a bill of exceptions. On May 24, 1963, almost six months after judgment had been entered and the notice of entry of judgment had been served, appellants filed a notice of appeal and moved the trial court to extend the time in which to settle the bill of exceptions. An order to show cause was issued on June 5, 1963, and after a hearing on the order, appellants’ motion to extend the time in which to settle the bill of exceptions was denied.
