MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an action for declaratory judgment filed by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company (hereinafter Philadelphia). Philadelphia seeks a declaration that there is no duty to defend and no coverage under the policy at issue for any injuries sustained or death resulting from an automobile accident that occurred on September 10, 1994.
