LYNNE, District Judge.
Plaintiff brought suit in the Circuit Court for Jefferson County, Alabama, for compensation under the Alabama Workmen’s Compensation Act. Defendant duly *292removed same to this court on the ground of diversity of citizenship. Plaintiff thereupon appeared in this court and prayed that the suit be remanded to the Circuit Court for Jefferson County, Alabama.
