Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the orders granting summary disposition to defendants in this medical malpractice lawsuit that were entered by the trial court pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). We affirm the trial court on alternative grounds because we are re quired to do so by our previous decision in Fulton v Beaumont Hosp, 253 Mich App 70; 655 NW2d 569 (2002).
