FEIKENS, District Judge.
Plaintiffs are residents of Michigan and members of local unions in Michigan. They filed suit against defendants Hoffa (a resident of southeast Michigan), Conder (a resident of Kansas City, Missouri), and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), which has its principal office in Washington D.C..
