OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE AND TRANSFERRING THIS ACTION TO THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA

CLELAND, District Judge.

Pending before the court is Defendant Gemo Valves, Inc.’s “Motion for Transfer of Venue.” This motion has been fully briefed and the court concludes that a hearing on the motion is not necessary. See E.D. Mich. LR 7.1(e)(2). For the reasons stated below, the court will grant Defendant’s motion.
