*583 The State appeals from the trial court's grant of Susan Council's motion in limine to suppress the results of a breath test obtained after her arrest for driving under the influence ("DUI"). For the reasons set forth infra, we reverse.

The record shows that, on September 15, 2016, at approximately 9:00 p.m., a multi-vehicle collision occurred involving the Appellee.
