On June 7, 1938, the defendant was arraigned in the City Court of Rochester, Criminal Branch, on the charge of operating an automobile at a speed in excess of thirty miles per hour in violation of section 98 of the Public Safety Ordinance of the City of Rochester, relating to traffic and he pleaded guilty to the charge.
