John Orwick asks this court to reverse the Superior Court's order of dismissal of his claims against six Seattle police officers for various torts and for deprivation of federally protected rights. The order of dismissal was based on CR 19 and CR 12(b)(6). Orwick also asks this court to reverse the Superior Court's summary judgment of dismissal of his claims against four employees of Harborview Medical Center and the State of Washington for various torts, and, as against the four Harborview employees for deprivation of federally protected rights.
