OPINION
EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Bankruptcy Judge:
On March 28, 1980, we entered an order in favor of the above plaintiff (“Jefferson”), allowing its complaint in reclamation against the defendant (“Devault”). This order sparked the two motions which are now before us: (1) the motion of Devault for relief from our order and for reconsideration of our opinion and order in light of a supplemental stipulation filed after the entry of our order, and in light of additional evidence sought to be offered, and (2) the motion of the creditors’ committee to intervene in the reclamation proceeding and to reopen…
