The issue presented is whether the defendants are bound by a compromise and settlement of their claim contained in the debtor’s confirmed plan of reorganization under Chapter 11. The confirmed plan recites and details a settlement of the defendants’ claim. Nonetheless, after the confirmation order became final, the defendants filed a motion seeking allowance of their claim and damages inconsistent with the provisions of the plan.
