Defendant, a married man fifty years of age, was convicted of the crime of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The sufficiency of the indictment is challenged— the charging part of which is as follows: The true name of the young girl will be omitted. Being a victim rather than an accomplice, she will be designated herein as Miss X.
