A jury found that appellant Zurich American • Insurance Company (“Zurich”) breached employment agreements with ap-pellee James Walsh when it substantially reduced his incentive pay for a lucrative deal — the largest of its type in the company’s history — and did not pay incentive on another deal. 1 Walsh was awarded double damages and attorney’s fees, totaling nearly $2.4 million, based on findings that Zurich willfully and without good cause withheld the compensation owed.
