Bessie Grayson appeals from a decision of Division One of the Court of Appeals which in a less than unanimous opinion reversed the trial court's judgment imposing personal liability on Arnold Bergstrom for breach of contract and awarding Grayson attorney fees under the Consumer Protection Act, RCW 19.86. Grayson v. Nordic Constr. Co., 22 Wn. App. 143, 589 P.2d 283 (1978). We reverse the Court of Appeals' decision and reinstate the trial court's judgment, although our conclusion rests on different grounds from those stated by the trial court.
