This is one of a series of cases in which employers and carriers have objected to awards of compensation for temporary partial disability where they claim the evidence shows either permanent partial disability or no disability at all. There has been little or no discussion in this district or elsewhere of the circumstances which justify an award for temporary partial disability under 33 U.S.C.A. § 908(e).
