This contract dispute relates to construction of the McNary-John Day Transmission Line (the “Project”) by the Bonneville Power Administration (“BPA”). The defendant Wilson Construction Co. was general contractor for the Project. The defendant Western Surety Company issued a surety bond for Wilson relating to the Project.
