This case, brought by survivors of the pilot in the same Life Flight helicopter accident which underlies the companion opinion handed down this day in Letz v. Turbomeca Engine Corporation, et al., No. WD 51446, — S.W.2d-, 1997 WL 727544 (Mo.App.W.D. 1997)., was tried after the Letz case. The defendants have appealed on numerous grounds — the plaintiffs cross-appeal on one point. The case was submitted to the jury on the theories of strict liability, negligence and failure to warn.
