In this diversity action, plaintiff Marianne L. Sinclair seeks damages from defendants Milo H. Brill and Barbara D. Brill for their allegedly abusive behavior during most of the 1970s and, in particular, on one night in March 1972. The plaintiffs complaint is in three counts: assault and battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
