SINGAL, District Judge.
Plaintiffs filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, seeking money damages for alleged violations of their federal rights arising out of the arrest of one of the Plaintiffs at his home. Plaintiffs claim that Defendants violated their rights under the Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and the Adoption and Safe Families Act, 42 U.S.C. § 670 et seq.
