MEMORANDUM OPINION

HENLEY, Chief Judge.

This is a suit brought by the Government against Vanee M. Thompson and others to foreclose a deed of trust on the Summit House Apartments in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and for a money judgment against Mr. Thompson and other members of a family partnership, entitled The Summit House Apartments, for alleged misappropriation of rents. The defendants do not resist the foreclosure proper but they deny that they are personally indebted to the Government in any sum.
