I.Introduction.
On May 16, 2016, Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London brought this action seeking a declaratory judgment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201, the Declaratory Judgment Act, as to its rights, duties, and responsibilities under an insurance policy (the Policy).
