MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Each of Raymond and Paul Centanni (individually “Raymond” and “Paul,” and collectively “Petitioners”) has filed a 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (“Section 2254”) petition, later supplanted by an amended petition (for convenience each amended petition will be referred to as “Petition”), seeking the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus. 1 Both Petitioners challenge the April 28, 1986 Judgment of Conviction and Sentence entered by the Circuit Court of Lake County, which imposed a 30-year term of imprisonment on each of them after he had pleaded guilty…
